He has done Projects with Logan Aluminum, Inc. – a joint venture of Arco, USA and Novelis Corporation, USA; Leadership strategies International, USA; Franklin Precision Ltd, USA and Western Kentucky University, USA. He has extensive experience in leading Human Resource divisions in textile Industry & senior position in FMCG & Telecom. He has hands-on experience in:

• Compensation and Benefits strategy/Benchmarking.
